Nice cup! The graphics are embossed, not painted, so they're there for the long haul. Really like this so far!

At the end of March, I accidentally placed 3 duplicate orders. I reached out to Team Dominator the next day and was told to contact them once I had received all shipments and they would send me a return shipping label. I was going to keep one order and return the other two that held a total of 8 items. A week later I had received everything so I tried contacting them again. It has now been over two weeks since then and I cannot get a reply. They do not have a phone number, only email addresses. Then after one hand wash, the letters on the cup are already coming off. My son is a huge fun and I had planned on ordering more items in the future but now I'm so disappointed in the quality of the cup and the non-existent customer service that I will not be ordering from Team Dominator again. I just want to be able to return the duplicate shipments and be done. All items are still in their original packaging.
